Uefa Nations League, deserved defeat for Italy against Portugal: 1-0 ONLY thanks to Gigio.

Andre Silva, Match Winner for Portugal!

What can WE say...This is Italy is too far from the one who made all the Italians live amazing moments of glory. It's not really Mancini's fault here. Let's talk frankly. The Italians made a huge serie of individual mistakes and you can name almost all of them... Cristante, Immobile, Caldara, Jorginho, Chiesa and all the rest. Such a lack of precision and Portugal perfectly used runners like William Carvalho and Joao Cancelo without mentioning Bernardo Silva and a really inspired Andre Silva who was  actually the match winner scoring a very great goal beating his former team mate Gianluigi Donnarumma. Despite couple of bad coming out Gigio did few great saves and only thanks to him Italy only lost 1-0. Chiesa and Lazzari played well for only 25/30 minutes then both became nervous and kind of disappeared slowly. The classic final assault with so many forward players including Zaza and Belotti was kinda useless. Deserved defeat for Italy. Too many mistakes and also a defensive line that still needs to learn a lot despite their names (Caldara and Romagnoli-he wasn't that bad and also saved a goal over the line but still not enough for a National Team) are very well known for  the Italian Serie A lovers.

Italy is seriously risking to get relegated to the Division 2 of the Uefa Nations League. Well done Portugal which widely deserved the 3 points. Great goal by Andre Silva who took a personal revenge against a country that didn't love him much at all especially the Milan's supporters.

WE do Believe IT IS NOT MANCINI'S FAULT ! TOO MANY INDIVIDUAL MISTAKES and of course some TURN OVER had to be done. Roberto Mancini was rather disappointed during the after match interviews but he said the players gave it all and they only need to learn how to score because without scoring you cannot win. WE AGREE MANCIO!
