What an incredible thing just happened. We are absolutely in shock since we heard of the sad news that Davide Astori, the Fiorentina's captain, has been found dead in his hotel room. Apparently the team was about to have breakfast before heading to the Stadium for the clash Udinese-Fiorentina but Davide was not showing up so after a while they went to his room and found the incredibly bad news. Social media are exploding now about it and we felt like it was a nice gesture to dedicate a small memory of him.
He has always been a very correct player and never made any mess around. He was having probably the best time of his soccer career now in Florence. Was also part of the Italy National team from time to time.
Rest in peace Davide.
