Another perfect match for Gasperini's Atalanta! At least perfect after the rather surprising 1-0 scored by Almog Buzlago at 7'for Hapoel Haifa with a poisoned header that beat Gollini. It didn't take long to the Bergamaschi to turn things upside down thanks to a tremendous two goals in 2 minutes serie! At 18' Hans Hateboer was left all alone to shot on target after a poor quality ball clearance and only two minutes after It was Duvan Zapata to bring Atalanta in front ! 1-2 which was also the first half result.
The second half was also in control of the Italian Team which really wanted to capitalise the match and they perfectly did it firstly with Pasalic, who scored in this perfect debut his first goal wearing the Atalanta shirt, thanks to a nice Barrow's header assist at 65' and the final 1-4 arrived at 86' when Pasalic delivered a nice pass to Barrow who controlled the ball before shooting it behind Ernestas Šetkus right over the edge of the box. Fantastic Italians ! We do hope they will make it to the Europa League Group Stage! The next stage is practically in their pockets! Go Atalanta Go!
