It was a very positive Champions League night for the Italians! Perfect the Juventus showed up at Old Trafford and bringing home an important 0-1 against a Mourinho who has never been so unsure of its place on a bench like now. Let's be frankly anyway. The Bianconeri completely dominated the match and Dybala (17') scored a goal like a true striker ready as an eagle to tap in a deflected dangerous cross by Cr7. What was really impressive in fact was the way Juventus carried themselves on the pitch even if Allegri should still work on the last 16 meters since they players seem to make too many mistakes in the last pass' moments. Not really much of Manchester United. They probably going through a phase of change that will be completed once Mourinho will leave. A change is needed and usually is the coach that must pay even if all the faults are not his. 3 important points that put Juventus in complete lead of the Group with 9 points. What a start especially considering that Young Boys-Valencia finished 1-1 (Michy Batshuayi 26',Guillame Hoarau 55'-PEN-).
Roma imposed themselves 3-0 in the home match against Cska Moscow but despite the result still we feel like Roma risked a bit too much and once again it was Olsen who kept the result safe and made it look easy. Yes, Roma kinda dominated long tracts of the match but never gave the impression of a complete lead even because the Russian team was always giving the impression that they could have come back if they were going to score a goal and luckily for the Giallorossi that didn't happen. Dzeko became beautiful (almost getting a hat-trick) again and Cengiz Under also found a deserved goal. Nice passes and actions to get these three beauties but a lot to work more on mentality and defensive live for Eusebio Di Francesco. Positive notes out of this match also for CSKA.
The Real Madrid managed to beat 2-1 the Plzen (Karim Benzema 11',Marcelo Vieira 55',Patrick Hrosovsky 78').
